Privacy Policy
Oing Lab (brand “Koready,” the “Company”) follows the Personal Information Protection Act and handles the data of “Koready Walk Bingo” (the “Service”) users as follows.
1. Guest use — no data collected
- For guest use, the Company collects and stores no personal data.
- The nickname you enter, the photos you take, and your bingo progress are processed only on your device and are not sent to or stored on our server. Whether a cell is filled is also determined on the device.
- Guests can also share a completed result; sharing is done by you exporting it externally (see item 3 below on photos).
2. Photos and camera permission
The Service handles two different kinds of photos, and they are treated differently. Please read both.
(a) Bingo photos — kept on your device only
- The Company accesses the camera and photo (gallery) permissions only to take or select images to fill bingo cells.
- Photos you take or select to fill bingo cells are filled into the board on your device and are not uploaded, collected, or stored on the Company’s servers.
(b) Profile photo — stored on our server (optional)
- If you log in and choose to set a profile photo on your Koready integrated account, that image is uploaded to and stored on the Company’s server, and is used solely to display your account profile.
- Setting a profile photo is entirely optional. You can use the Service, including the ranking, without one. You may change or delete it at any time in your profile settings, and it is destroyed when you delete your account.
- “Sharing (uploading)” means you exporting the result card, at your own initiative, to a third-party service (e.g., Instagram); that third party’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.
- Because photos may include other people, you should avoid taking or sharing identifiable photos without their consent (portrait rights).
3. Member (login) and ranking use
- To use member features — such as submitting your bingo count to the ranking — you must log in with a Koready integrated account.
- Personal data related to login and the account (email, etc.) is handled under the Koready Privacy Policy (https://www.ko-ready.com/privacy).
- Collected at sign-up (required): email address, name, country and city of residence, date of birth
