Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms set the conditions for using “Koready Walk Bingo” (a service for completing and sharing a Korean-word bingo board by photographing real objects around you, the “Service”), operated by Oing Lab (brand “Koready,” the “Company”).

2. Definitions

  1. “Service”: a free service where you fill each cell of a Korean-word bingo board by taking a photo of the matching real object, share the completed result, and — when logged in — submit your bingo count to the ranking.
  2. “Guest”: a user who uses the Service by entering only a nickname, without logging in.
  3. “Member”: a user who logs in with a Koready integrated account.
  4. “Nickname”: a display name you enter for using, sharing, and ranking.
  5. “Photo”: an image you take or select to fill a cell.
  6. “Result card”: the completed board exported as an image for sharing.
  7. “Ranking”: a feature that shows members’ cumulative bingo counts as a leaderboard.

3. Providing the Service

  1. The Service is free.
  2. A guest can, with only a nickname, use the board, take photos, complete it, and share — all without logging in.
  3. Only to submit your bingo count to the ranking must you log in with a Koready integrated account. Sign-up, login, and related handling of personal data follow the Koready Terms and Privacy Policy (links above).

4. Guest Use, Nickname, and Age

  1. For guest use, the Company collects and stores no personal data. The nickname you enter, the photos you take, and your progress are processed only on your device and are not sent to or stored on our server.
  2. Guest use is therefore available regardless of age.
  3. Member features such as ranking require login, and a Koready integrated account is only for users aged 18 or older (sign-up by users under 18 is restricted). Under Article 22-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company does not, as a rule, collect personal data from children under 14.
  4. A nickname must not impersonate others or contain insulting, defamatory, unlawful, or offensive expressions. The Company may restrict the display of such nicknames.
